Instructions for getting DSTC6 dataset

I have a question about getting DSTC6 dataset.

I've followed your instructions in collect_twitter_dialogs/README.md

but I failed with this error message

How could i fix this error and can get the DSTC6 dataset?

I've solved the problem! It's an authorization issue.
