Description

Implement the NOCHECK parameter to skip validation inside the room.

Tasks

Implement the nc parameter for the NOCHECK command in the RuleMappings.ts file.

Acceptance Criteria

If the create room command includes nc, it should skip validation of any parameter inside the room, such as deck card count, side deck count, banlist, etc.
