[MyCard] Implement NOSHUFFLE param

Description

Implement the NOSHUFFLE parameter to skip deck shuffling at the beginning of the duel.

Tasks

• Implement the ns parameter for the NOSHUFFLE command in the RuleMappings.ts file.

Acceptance Criteria

• If the create room command includes ns, it should skip deck shuffling at the beginning of the duel.
