Description

Implement the TCG parameter to allow both TCG and OCG exclusive cards, and use the latest OCG banlist by default.

Tasks

Implement the ot parameter for the TCG command in the RuleMappings.ts file.

Acceptance Criteria

If the create room command includes ot, it should allow both TCG and OCG exclusive cards, and use the latest OCG banlist by default.
