The [?] button disappears if one pauses or stops the simulation.

The [?] button opens a browser tab to this GItHub repo.

At the moment it disappears while the simulation is running.
This is the intended behaviour.

However, it does not reappear when the simulation is paused/stopped.
That is not the intended behaviour.
