Describe the bug
I downloaded and installed "Microsoft C++ Build Tools" but still get this error:
INFO - Failed to find compiled extension; rebuilding.
error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/
after I run python main.py selfplay dqn_train -c
