We should use the ISO 8601 date and time format, soit:
AAAA-MM-JJTHH:MM:SS
yes, with a "T" inbetween the date and the time.
that makes: 2012-07-03T17:00:00 or 3d july 2012, 5PM exactly.
Modified date& time format in span... -done.
