Amazon logins broken

Clean Links breaks the login at amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ca, amazon.de, amazon.co.jp, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.cn, amazon.com.br, and amazon.com.mx.

Same as in #148 #146 #143 , CL gives users the ability to deal with it:

1. CL Toolbar Button
2. Enter the domain in to the whitelist
3. Enter a pattern to skip the url

So this not an issue with CL!
BTW, for amazon.de, with default settings, there is no problem with CL and the login!
