  1. Please describe the feature you are requesting.
    We need a tool to delete all data pertaining to a node when running in diskless-cluster mode.

We should also provide some tool to destroy all of the data of an existing cluster, without formatting all of the BK cluster and the ZK cluster.

This tool will be very useful while playing with diskless-cluster mode and Pulsar Manager or BKVM.
