DateTimePicker does not work

the timepicker ist not working correctly.
Cant grap the pointer to get my value and some times i cant change any value without reason.

By the first loading the selected time is not white colored. (Example: Datetimepicker in Modal)

    We are unable to understand how and when are you facing this issue. Can you please share a demo link for us to understand the issue better?

  2. By the first loading, the selected time is not white colored. (Example: Datetimepicker in Modal)
