Feature Request: Separate the years option location

The option years adds in the start and the ending. It would be cool if this can be separate to reduce the enumeration.

--years: add all years from 1990 to current year to start and end

Additions:
--years-end : add all years from 1990 to current year to start
--years-start : add all years from 1990 to current year to end
