Command line execution causes ispy to come to the foreground

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run a command line whilst ispy is minimised to the tray eg
"C:\Program Files (x86)\iSpy\iSpy\iSpy.exe" commands "applyschedule"
This will cause iSpy to open on the screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect schedules to be applied and iSpy to remain minimised in the system tray
What version of the product are you using?
iSpy_4_7_1_0
On what operating system?
Win7 64 bit
