Streamline batch creation flow to one screen

Five screens are used in the batch creation flow, but none contain very many fields (e.g., the template selection screens have one field each). It might be more much simpler to collapse everything into one screen. It would very likely simplify the code base very significantly.

Whether one screen would be better for the end user has to be considered, but it might even be easier for the end use to understand if everything were together on one screen.
