This UART module will be used to communicate between the C2000 and the HC-05 RS232 Bluetooth chip. By default the HC-05 uses a baud rate of 38400. This module will be used in #8 the wireless API to transmit messages from the C2000 to the desktop application.

No longer needed. Switched to MSP432 for glove's target HW.
