Repeated normalisation during `calculate_indices` function

When more than 1 index is supplied to the calculate_indices function in the bandindices.py script, the surface reflectance data is repeatedly normalised, resulting in SR and indice values that are increasingly deflated in value with increasing number of supplied indices.

This is not an issue with the current version of the script. I was using an out-of-date version, sorry!
