Remove super_admin role

Given that I decided to leave just one auto MTurking evaluator instead of making it a group, there's no need in it anymore.

It's not so cool to manually set an evaluator user, and due to the fact that roles are currently hierarchical, I decided to leave the super_admin role after all. It does not differ from a usual admin, except for the ability to evaluate auto MTurk batches.
