Scroll along files in the media library

Describe the Bug
You can create a folder in the media library. But as soon as you have had to scroll for the existing files (because they are further down), you can no longer drag them into the folder because the library does not "scroll along".
Additional Information
Note: scrolling works in Firefox, but not in Chrome. So it depends on the browser.

@nassabay hmm I tried to reproduce it , but seems like everything is working fine on Chrome and Firefox. When I upload many photos, the scroll bar appears and scrolls along.
@nassabay Could you please double-check if this issue still persists? If so, please make a call with one of us to show us the bug :)
So I checked this issue and it seems that the media library is somewhat scrollable, as you'll see me discover in the video :D I tested in opera and Edge - I will move the issue to the Q4 milestone for now bcs I think for most browsers we have the limited scrollability :)
