"Automatic Translation" checkbox should always be unticked by default

Motivation

When we came up with the Automatic Translation features we thought it might be useful if we store the status of the automatic translation checkbox on pages. A user decides if he/she wants to Auto-Translate the page whenever he/she saves it.

From the practical experience of the last month translations where accidentelly done and we came into discussions that are avoidable.

Proposed Solution

The status of the Automatic translation checkbox is not stored. Behaviour should be the same as the "minor edit" checkbox so it needs to be ticked manually if you want to trigger ist. The behaviour of the status of the sub-checkboxes (all the languages) does not need to be changed.
