[Help wanted] Websocket 403 with traefik proxy

Hello,

I have the exact same problem as issues #123 & #128.
But I use traefik 2 on a docker swarm.

Can someone share his working configuration ?
This seems to work on http, but not on https.

I added this to my configuration but nothing works :
"traefik.http.middlewares.lavagna-headers.headers.customRequestHeaders.X-Forwarded-Proto=https"
