Solve all GHC warnings with GHC9.8

Since the update to GHC 9.8 we have a lot of new warnings (e.g. when running the build of IHP, when running the tests and also when running an IHP app).
Some specific warnings include the use of List.head in the generated haskell code of the SchemaCompiler.
