I noticed TCL was missing from the list of grammars? Any reason you wouldn't want to include it?
Just needs
TCL (language-tcltk)
adding to the list of grammars ( and language-tcltk present of course ).
Seems to work ok for me..

There is nothing in semanticolor to exclude TCL...?
