Sort isues alphabetically

In the dropdownbox below the timesheet the issues are sorted by issueid. It would be neat, if you could display issues in the optgroup-dropdown within the group in alphabetical order. At least in our case this would greatly improve usability.
As I am no ruby-programmer, I couldn't find out how to sort the list myself.
A patch or any assistance is greatly welcomed.

@samimussbach Thanks for the suggestion. Actually as we have a big number of issues now in our Redmine database, it's kinda hard to find issues with a simple dropdown. To solve this, we'll be using chosen instead. I'll also arrange to display issues in alphabetical order, so I'll close this. This should be ready in the next days.
