Describe the bug
Unable to scroll in build logs page on mobile device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open build logs URL in mobile or navigate to /build and click on one of the logs.
  2. Unable to touch & drag to scroll (works fine on desktop)

Expected behavior
Should be able to scroll normally.
