[FR] Clone a deploy environment to another

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After finish testing on dev environment, if we want to deploy prod, we have to run dx up --prod and wait for the build & deploy process to run again.
Describe the solution you'd like
After finish testing on dev environment, it would be great if we can just duplicate this deploy environment and rename to prod, change the environment variables and domain, then publish it. It would save a lot of time.
