hope that PhotoLibrary Picker can be made into a better photo album browser like Telegram.

@szweee It is not so easy to make a PhotoLibrary picker like a Telegram using native UIAlertController. Telegram uses its own alert framework, and here I tried to do everything using native alert framework UIAlertController
