[FEATURE] Ability to override Header Title color

• Customizable Header Title color
  Currently we cannot customize the color of Header Title - it's just using the standard styling for links. As header bar often has different background color, regular link colors may not work there.
  I'd like to have variables for the regular and hover colors of header title, that can be overridden in _override.scss
