Action items for Jonathan:

  1. Check sample size for geolocated households; verify that income is a question on the OPM survey.
  2. Check if household attrition is balanced across income levels and geographic administrative boundaries.
  3. Check if income levels reported in the OPM survey are significantly different from income levels reported in the census data.
  4. Verify size of union councils vs. area of PSUs used in Marshall Burke paper.
