`profile-dotemacs` recipe URL returns 404

The recipe for profile-dotemacs.el which was added by #349 contains a URL that is not returning 404:

I found 4 instances of this on Github non-e of which are by the original developer:

I also diffed the version in the first (most recent) repo and it has some improvements over the original one.
