Hello, may I ask where I can obtain the PDB files mentioned in the paper's datasets?

Hi,
could you specify which PDB are you referring to?
Among the first 2 benchmarks - the best-assembled result of each PDB job is supplied here:

If you are referring to all the subcomplexes from which we have generated subunits/transformations, it is a lot of data so it will be problematic to supply all of it, but upon request I may be able to provide at least the PDB files for one of them.

Let me know what are you are trying to show/do and I may have a better idea of how to help.
