Allow installing in Drupal 10

Thanks for making this, it's a great resource! I found it while looking for simple Drupal Migrate examples, to creates nodes and tags during development, and the examples from ud_migrations_first and ud_migrations_multivalue_terms worked well in Drupal 10, after I updated the *.info.yml, updating to core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10.

I created a merge request which allows the modules to be installed in Drupal 10, though I haven't yet tested if they actually work ... At least they should now be able to be installed: #2.
