Tagging openldap version

Hi!

Is there a way to tag correctly your build? The only existing tag is latest and it's not really reliable if someone (like me) uses your build to override it.

FYI I've forked this project with intent to provide better tagging on Images. Take a look at https://hub.docker.com/r/jlkinsel/openldap/ - open to comments/suggestions.
