Theme colors not working when dealing with underscores in file or directory names

Anytime a filename or directory name is displayed that contains an underscore, the background for the underscore and the character directly after it change to black. Is this normal behavior and if not, can we get it fixed to display correctly? I have attached an image of how it looks in my instance running Pop OS 22.04 LTS

Nevermind. I changed fonts and upon a UI reload, the issue seems to be gone now. Closing the issue
