Make stickers work better

Stickers are a nice feature of Telegram that discord doesn't really have. Currently it send a sticker as it's emoji version, which sometimes works, but is often unrelated to the actual sticker.
Make it so that the actual sticker is sent somehow. (Note: The file can be obtained the same way as other media, but it's not a discord-accepted extension)
