- Can you guys add email login ? I have tried to add normal login few times but it never worked or if you can give me any hints please, thanks

sorry but we are not interested in providing such a feature
icare uses https://github.com/plataformatec/devise as authentication solution, so you should be able to implement this solution by yourself
