"Can't parse changelog; release not found" (upstream bug)
No X and X.Y alias tags for -rc releases [1] (likely not a bug)

[1] Call docker buildx imagetools create -t dipdup/dipdup:7 dipdup/dipdup:7.0.0rc1 manually, same for GHCR
