Add settings in config section for each rules part

Now plugin has only one preset in configs section: recommended.

Need to add:

• common
• prettier
• import
• simple-import-sort
• react
• promise
• unicorn
• sonarjs
• typescript
• perfectionist

Additional context
It can help to include each section of rules incrementally for not a brand new projects
