Not able to close the old used terminal when another task is in progress

Steps to repro:

  1. start a configure task and let it finish.
  2. without closing the terminal start another build/configure task
  3. when the 2nd task is running go back to the 1st terminal
  4. press any key to close the terminal

Expected behaviour:

  • The terminal should close

Actual behaviour:

  • Nothing happens to the terminal
