When executing command ‘vcs import src < /tmp/mavlink.repos‘, an error is reported: ‘VCs: 'G + + - 4.8' is not a vcs command. See 'VCs help' ‘ Under ROS2

The information you provided is not sufficient to reproduce the problem or even guess what might go wrong. Please provide a SSCCE which in this case includes the exact .repos file you are using, the platform you use, the vcstool version and how you installed it, etc.
