Find a feasible way to document versioning in case a classification table has to be updated (to fix errors, insert missing scores, etc).

Versioning should be made directly in github; accessing older versions as end user can be possible by accessing older variants of the Stata package directly via Stata's packaging mechanisms.

Fixed; with each release tag, older versions can be re-accessed in the future directly from withing Stata -- as long as GitHub exists.
