Unable to load forum messgass

When using either the bot or the website you are unable to load messages sent in a forum channel.
Make sure you're including the message's thread ID in the webhook URL, example here: https://discord.com/channels/668218342779256857/668220256048775169/967593878226108416
So I tried a few different things

I do see this has the same number twice but that is the "direct link" to the message I want to edit
I tried

Which I changed the middle number to the forum channel id
So I tried
Server ID / Channel ID / Message ID
also
Server ID / Thread ID / Message ID
