Hide functionality on unapproved bots; inappropriate error message on click

Describe the Bug
The hide functionality appears while a bot is still in the queue (which is redundant in its own right as unapproved bots are already hidden).

Furthermore, upon use, it errors out saying you cannot remove bots in the queue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to a bot page
  2. Under staff management tools, you will see hide functionality
  3. Press the hide button
  4. Profit!

Expected Behavior
The hide button should not be visible and if the URL is navigated to it should show an appropriate error message.
