On the Lightweight DITA SC we will soon have some new DTDs, and we thought DITA Community would be a good place for them in addition to OASIS SVN. Is this possible?

I've made you an owner on the DITA Community organization. That gives you the ability to create new projects. Please create whatever projects you need for the lightweight DITA activity. Once you create a project you can assign additional people to the project as committers.
