Can helping for how to open shell on Nu Hardware？

Sorry for this "none issue", I just really need a help for that...
I own a Nu 1.1 hardware, but I don't have any way to open shell on it.
Can you help me for any way or idea for open shell (cmd.exe), explore.exe or taskmgr.exe on this hardware?

Hi sorry for late reply, my first question is. Are you able to boot the device? Also do you have the bitlocker key?
