We already support industry-leading installation practices such as downloading from a public FTP server and direct access to our CVS repository. We believe these are sufficient methods.

yeah, i don't understand why @mbleigh refuses to support the standard frontend dep management tools like bower :( FTP and CVS does not support dependency management.
