Divvun Manager stops on admin access

Divvun Manager was installed via the One click installer (https://pahkat.uit.no/artifacts/divvun-installer-oneclick_2.2.0-nightly.20210401T091326Z_windows_i686.exe)

When I started Divvun Manager to install another language resource, it stopped on this screen.

The user installing hasn't admin rights, there is another user with those rights. I would have expected the "use the admin user pop-up" to appear instead of Divvun Manager failing this way.

This is a known limitation for the moment @bbqsrc as FYI since we might end up wanting to prioritize the proper fix.
