[FEATURE] Dark mode toggle button

Description

hey @divyansh-2005 , i would like to add a dark mode toggle button so that user can toggle between dark mode and light mode and hence improving the user experience.

I will place this button in the navbar or wherever you want it , just comment below where you want it.
