[BUG] Nav bar hover effect issue

Describe the bug
Nav bar has a ugly hover effect. It can be make better to improve the website UI
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://fin-news-one.vercel.app
- See error
Expected behavior
The nav bar can be make better with a light background on hover and some padding to make standard
