Audio doesn't restart after network change

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing the stream on wifi
2. Move outside of your wifi area so you're on cellular service
3. Audio will stop
OR
1. Start playing the stream on cell service
2. Move inside of your wifi area so you're on wifi
3. Audio will stop
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The audio should remain playing
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.6 on 4.4.3 (Moto X)
