Schedule Contest not working

I am trying to schedule 10 min timer for virtual contest , but after the schedule time nothing is happening.
I entered the URL of the contest and scheduled it for 10 mins. I tried it for different contests with different schedule time but still nothing happening.

Thanks! Please post more details: the URL, which version of Hightail you're using, and your OS.
