Stash, archive, publish the HTML report from unittests

We should be stashing, archiving, etc., at least the HTML report from this unit test; are there other files I'm missing, @kimberlythegeek / @davehunt ?

marking as invalid for now. the tests are no longer generating html reports, and I'm not sure that they should
